Addendum

THE FOLLOWING TERMS ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY LEASE AGREEMENT:

- A full credit check, satisfactory to the LANDLORD, is required within three (3) days following the acceptance of a lease offer.

- Non-smoking unit: Smoking (tobacco, vaping, cannabis, or any other substance) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in common areas.

- No pets are allowed in the unit.

- The tenant must provide the LANDLORD with proof of liability insurance of at least $2 million prior to taking possession of the unit.

- It is prohibited to cultivate cannabis or any other regulated substance inside the unit.

- Subletting and short-term rentals (including, but not limited to, Airbnb) are strictly prohibited.

- The first month's rent must be paid upon signing the lease.

- The tenant agrees to comply with all building rules and regulations.
