Addendum

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY PROMISE TO LEASE:

- A complete credit check, satisfactory to the LESSOR, is required within three (3) days of acceptance of a promise to lease.

- Non-smoking dwelling: Smoking (tobacco, vaping, cannabis or any other product) is strictly prohibited inside the dwelling and common areas.

- No animals are allowed in the accommodation.

- The tenant must provide the LESSOR with proof of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $2M before taking possession of the unit.

- It is forbidden to grow cannabis or any other controlled substance inside the dwelling.

- Subletting and short-term rentals (including, but not limited to, Airbnb) are strictly prohibited.

- The first month's rent must be paid when the lease is signed.

- The tenant agrees to comply with all building regulations.

- The tenant will be responsible for any moving expenses (in and out) required by the building manager
